Warranty

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  Edladdin Controllers warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Edladdin Controllers agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.

  Warranty Limitations

  This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was not intended.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
  • Damages incurred during transportation.

  Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible

  Repairs

  Edladdin Controllers is happy to repair any devices that we manufacture after the warranty period has expired. Please get in touch for an estimate on parts and labor for any repairs you may require. We regret that we cannot repair devices manufactured by third parties.




• Return Policy

• Return any Edladdin Controllers product undamaged within 30 days for a full refund.  Customer pays return postage with refund delivered after controller is returned.
